Booking Deposit


At the time of booking, a 25% non-refundable booking fee will be due. If the 25% deposit isn't paid by the deadline, Belle Vérité Photography won't be able to take your pictures for you. The rest of the balance will be due the day of the photoshoot.

 

Unedited Images


Belle Vérité Photography reserves the right to not distribute unedited photographs. Raw files will not be distributed. Delivered images will not include all images shot.

 

 

Creative license


Images are taken at Belle Vérité Photography's creative discretion. Only desirable images will be delivered to the client. Belle Vérité photography reserves the right to select and choose which photos to deliver to clients.

 

 

Delivery


Belle Vérité Photography will deliver edited photos within 6-8 weeks of the photoshoot.

 

Model Release


Belle Vérité Photography reserves the right to use photos from photoshoots for marketing and advertising purposes. If a client does not wish their photos to be promoted on social media, they may let Belle Vérité Photography know at the time of booking.



 

Travel Fee


Belle Vérité Photography requires an additional fee for destination weddings or photoshoots. This fee will vary based on distance to the location.

 

Social media


If you, the client, would like to post photographs taken by Belle Vérité Photography on social media, you must give credit by tagging Belle Vérité Photography.

 

Artistic license


Belle Vérité Photography reserves the right to use creative and artistic discretion in the taking of images and in the editing of images. Please see the FAQs page for details on editing style.

 

Liability Limitations


Belle Vérité Photography is not liable for: Circumstances beyond control (weather, schedule delays, restrictions, etc.) Missed shots due to interference or non-cooperation. Equipment malfunction beyond reasonable backup precautions.
